WEBSITE MANAGER
The Website Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the official AA website in South Australia and ensuring all pages contain appropriate content.
The Website Manager shall:
1) Create new web pages and update existing web pages as necessary.
2) Investigate and remedy faults.
3) Assess and incorporate new technologies into the website.
4) Make recommendation to The Committee for improvements to the website.
5) Manage user accounts for access to the website.
6) Train the Office Administrator, committee members and office volunteers in use of the website where necessary.
7) Ensure the website complies with applicable legal requirements
8) Ensure the website complies with The Twelve Traditions and AA policies.
9) Moderate event postings to the website.
10) Approve changes to group details on the website.
11) Update meeting details on the national website.
12) Maintain and update an email list for the Committee members.
13) Answer emails addressed to the web manager.
14) Monitor website activity.
15) Maintain links to other AA websites and monitor website for bad links.
16) Monitor hosting company performance.
17) Manage and ensure prompt renewal of web hosting contract.
18) Manage and ensure prompt renewal of domain name registration.

Newsletter Editor.
The Newsletter Editor shall :
a) Publish a monthly newsletter for members in South Australia.
b) Have editorial privilege while ensuring no contentious material is included and ensuring that all content is within the spirit of AA Traditions.
c) Cooperate with The Committee and The Council publishing material requested by them.
d) Work within a budget aiming to make the newsletter self-funded.
